The Landover HOA was established in 1996. Since its inception, it has been a City of Wilsonville requirement that our neighborhood maintain an active HOA. The purpose of our HOA is to keep our neighborhood attractive and to protect the value of our property owners.

 

Our association is governed by a board of directors. The directors are nominated by the Landover property owners to serve two-year terms. The board members all serve in a voluntary capacity.

 

Association dues are required for fence and landscaping maintenance, and also for office, postage, and legal fees.

 

We appreciate each homeowner’s cooperation in keeping our neighborhood attractive, friendly, and livable. We encourage homeowners to take a moment to register their names and email addresses on this website so that we may better keep you informed about neighborhood events.
